Deep Cleaning is for an occupied home that requires more detailed cleaning. It includes everything appropriate from Standard Cleaning, plus detailed work throughout the home.

- • Because the home is occupied, we do not empty or reorganize cabinets, drawers or closets containing your belongings — we clean empty or safely accessible areas.
- • We do not move extremely heavy furniture or large appliances.
- • Deep Cleaning has no separate oven or refrigerator add-on charge; those services are already included.
- • Wall cleaning is not offered.

Move-In / Move-Out requirements
The property must be completely empty before Lopes Clean arrives. There must be:
- • No furniture
- • No personal belongings
- • No boxes
- • No heavy trash
- • No construction debris
- • No items left behind that prevent cleaning
- Lopes Clean does not provide heavy trash, furniture, or construction-debris removal.
- If the team arrives and the property is not empty, or prohibited debris/items remain, the cleaning service will not be performed.
